Series I
Typography & Illustration
This is a collection of Typography and Illustration work I have created. The collection contains a combination of commissioned and personal works.
This work is for a very dear friend of mine who is leaving to move to the big apple. When I think of New York I think of bold sophistication, bustling chaos and the lovely angular architecture like the Guggenheim Museum, the Bank of America Tower and Beckman Tower. Also, the old classic architecture such as the Flatiron Building. I created something with the hope of encapsulating some of these characteristics.
SheSays
SheSays is an organisation which is a global network providing free mentorship and networking events to thousands of women in the creative & marketing business. I was asked to create an Illustration piece for the SheSays Melbourne launch which became the key graphic for their marketing.
People are fucking idiots
This typography work was commissioned work for Con Artist Games. At first glance the phrase by itself sounds a little negative however, there’s a nice back story behind this statement. Ironically the statement is meant to be positive and a sentiment of gratitude.
Isobar Wall Mural
Visual Jazz merged with Isobar and I was approached to create a mural for the wall entrance of the agency. I created an illustration that was a little abstract and playful with perspective, incorporating the new branding colours.
Stars can't shine without darkness
This typography piece was created for a dear friend as a farewell gift.
