Digital technology is a ubiquitous part of our lives and it’s ever-growing, evolving, and shaping our future. I’m forever fanatical about the digital space and I’m passionate about designing great digital products and solutions. I endeavor to solve problems through good design and I strive to create products people love.
I’m a senior creative designer who has held various titles such as Digital Art Director, Lead Product Designer, and Senior UX/UI Designer. With all these different titles, what remains the same is my goal which is to endeavor to solve problems through good design and to work to optimise interactive human experiences across a spectrum of different mediums such as multi-platform web apps, native iOS and Android apps, games and digital campaigns. I strive to design memorable, useful products and believe in a more collaborative approach (especially between design and development teams). This leads to the agility to innovate and create truly great products.

Major: Geomatic/Geospatial Engineering, Location-based services, GIS, Spatial Analysis, Remote Sensing
The degree blends the knowledge of science and engineering with information technologies to solve complex, real-world problems. The diverse issues tackled by the field range from tracking a vehicle’s location within a city to determining land use from a satellite image. Geomatics/Geospatial engineers focus on the science and technologies related to positioning and navigation, sensors, measurements and mapping, as well as on spatial awareness and intelligence.
Microsoft Professional Program in Artificial Intelligence Course
Course 1 - Introduction to Artificial Intelligence

This computer science course provides an overview of AI, it teaches how to build simple machine learning models with Azure Machine Learning, as well as, shows to use Python and Microsoft Cognitive Services to work with text, speech, image and video. The course also covers the basics of Microsoft Bot Framework and how to implement it to build intelligent conversational bots.

This course covers Silicon Valley startups best practices and frameworks used for product design. It teaches how to perform Google Design Sprint developed at Google Ventures and is exclusively taught in this course. The course covers how to design, prototype and test your ideas, as well as, how to design low-fidelity mockups for products and capture appropriate metrics.
IBM Chatbot Building Essentials Course
Course via Coursera - founded by Standford University

This course covers building Chatbots by leveraging IBM Watson's Natural Language Processing capabilities to plan, implement, test and deploy chatbots. It teaches the key principles of good chatbot design and how to visually plan and build chatbots with IBM Watson Assistant and how to deploy them on websites.

Owner of a boutique gallery
In my spare time, I’m an owner of a boutique gallery where I sell artworks. A few months ago, I decided to take a work sabbatical to recharge after many years of nonstop work. As a natural workaholic, I soon discovered a new passion for creating and selling old world-style artwork, particularly corgi portraits. This newfound passion has since blossomed into a thriving venture, with consistent sales and commissions coming in from around the globe every week. I am incredibly grateful to have found this passion, as it has not only allowed me to make great connections with others but it has also brought joy to corgi owners worldwide.

Snowboarding, Running & Climbing
I've been snowboarding for 18 years, I also do long-distance running and climbing. Always happy to connect with fellow active people on strava.

Addressed UX issues from Intopia Accessibility Audits for all of Digital iD’s platforms which lead to all 3 platforms, iOS, Android and Web receiving Accessibility International standard WCAG 2.1 Level A and Level AA Certification - May 2021
Designed Digital iD’s Passport scanning NFC capability in our iOS app. This resulted in our company being the first in the world to release Passport scanning on iOS, launched on the same day as Apple released technology - September 20, 2019. This wouldn’t have been possible without our talented developer Jack Yue Li.
Bupa Hackathon Inspire Day – supported by Microsoft, DXC, Optus and Avanade- Won the Customer Love award – Aug 2017
Lead designer of Bupa's Knowledge Management System - during my time on the KM project our team achieved accreditation by APQC - lifting from Level 1 maturity in 2016 to Level 3 in 2018.
