When I was young I always loved puzzles, it comes as no surprise that I still love tackling problems by designing great products and solutions. I am a seasoned product designer with extensive experience spanning a diverse range of mediums, including native iOS and Android apps, web apps, games, and digital campaigns. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with amazing, talented individuals, on projects for various industries and renowned organisations in Australia.
Over the past 6 years I have been working in Agile cross-functional teams, my focus has centered on utilising Agile Scrum, the Double Diamond, and Atomic Design Methodologies within these teams. These methodologies not only enable efficient collaboration but also foster a sense of unity and shared purpose among team members. They have also been proven to be highly effective in delivering exceptional results. During this time, I contributed my expertise to Australia Post for 4 years and Bupa for 2 years, further refining my skills. Prior to that, I spent many years at top Creative Agencies like Isobar, Clemenger BBDO, Cummins & Partners, and CHE Proximity, tackling a wide range of projects using both Agile and traditional Waterfall methods to meet client needs.

Work Sabbatical / Launched a thriving side hustle
A few months ago, I decided to take a work sabbatical to recharge after many years of nonstop work. As a natural workaholic, I soon discovered a new passion for creating and selling old world-style artwork, particularly corgi portraits. This newfound passion has since blossomed into a thriving venture, with consistent sales and commissions coming in from around the globe every week. I am incredibly grateful to have found this passion, as it has not only allowed me to make great connections with others but it has also brought joy to corgi owners worldwide.
Australia Post Digital iD
From 2019 to 2023, I had the privilege of being part of the Australia Post Digital iD team for 4 years, during which I served as the sole designer for 3.5 years in a diverse team of 22+ members, including front-end and back-end developers, cyber defense engineers, product managers, and more. I led the redesign of the iOS and Android native mobile apps, the web app, and oversaw the creation of our Portal, contributing numerous feature designs.
Australia Post's Digital iD is a comprehensive digital identity verification platform that enables individuals to securely prove their identity online. It allows users to verify their identity using various documents such as passports and driver's licenses, and it employs biometric verification techniques for added security. Digital iD is widely used for streamlined access to a range of online services, making it a convenient and trusted tool for digital identity verification in Australia. Notable achievements include winning the Customer Delight Award in April 2022 for the Australia Post Hackathon, being awarded the AusPost Digital and Data Product Designer Award June 2021, leading the redesign of the Digital iD App resulting in significant improvements in retention, app deletion rate, and app store ratings, addressing UX issues for WCAG 2.1 Level A and Level AA Certification for both our native apps and web app, and pioneering Passport scanning NFC capability in our iOS app, making us the first in the world to release this technology on September 20, 2019, coinciding with Apple's launch.

Bupa Australia - Knowledge Management System
Bupa, a leading health insurance provider in Australia, recognised the need to enhance its knowledge management system, Know-it, to empower its front-line consultants and improve customer interactions. Over a 2 year period, I had the privilege of being a part of an agile cross-functional team as the sole designer collaborating with engineers, testers, product experts, business analysts, and copywriters. Together we designed and developed a new system that centralised Bupa's knowledge and provided real-time access to relevant information, streamlining customer inquiries and enhancing the user experience. This successful project has set a precedent for agile collaboration within Bupa Australia. Notable achievements include winning the Customer Love award August 2017 at the Bupa Hackathon – supported by Microsoft, elevating APQC accreditation from Level 1 in 2016 to Level 3 in 2018, and achieving Finalist status for the Bupa Global Awards in Digital Transformation as part of a high-performing team.
